Command Syntax:

<Q commands parameters>
  some text to be included as a quote
</Q>

The command is intended to render enclosed text as a quote including the required quotation marks in the appropriate style.  It is not yet implemented in current browsers.

See also:  <BLOCKQUOTE>.

Command Parameters:
lang="language indicator"

The parameter is used to indicate the language of the quote.  The argument must provide a standard ISO language indicator.

Example:
<Q lang="en-us">Dick said: <Q lang="en-us">Look Jane, see Spot run! Run Spot. Run!</Q></Q> Yields -

Dick said: Look Jane, see Spot run! Run Spot. Run!

The browser is intended to insert the necessary and approriate quotations marks.  Until there is greater uniformity of expression they should be included, as in the example below:

<Q lang="en-us">"Dick said: <Q lang="en-us">'Look Jane, see Spot run! Run Spot. Run!'</Q>"</Q> Yields -

"Dick said: 'Look Jane, see Spot run! Run Spot. Run!'"
