BACK <BLOCKQUOTE> Command next

Command Syntax:

<BLOCKQUOTE commands parameters>
  some text to be included as a blocked quote
</BLOCKQUOTE>

The command renders enclosed text as a quoted block with reduced left and right margins.

It is useful for creating text blocks with reduced margins.

Command Parameters:
cite="source"

The cite parameter is used to indicate the source of the quote.  The source can be indicated by an URL.

Example:
<BLOCKQUOTE cite="Mother Goose">
  Little Miss Muffett
  . . .
  And frightened Miss Muffett away.
</BLOCKQUOTE>

Enclosed text is rendered as a block of quoted text:

Little Miss Muffett
Sat on a tuffett
Eating her curds and whey.
Along came a spider
Which sat down beside her
And frightened Miss Muffett away

The command does not effect font face, style or size.
